Drawing workshop for people awaiting diagnosis for cognitive conditions
This session will welcome conversation and experiences of waiting for diagnoses and the effect it can have.
All materials will be provided. You can either meet us at Thurso train station to catch the train down, or at Forsinard.

| 13.06 – 13.45 | Train journey |
| 13.45 – 14.00 | Handing out notebooks, describing what we’ll do (Forsinard Visitor Centre) |
| 14.00 – 15.20 | Outdoor plant drawing |
| 15.20 – 15.45 | Sharing and chatting at the Forsinard Education Centre |
| 15.45 – 16.15 | Adding to the Carnival of Plants Banner |
| 16.15 – 16.30 | filling in a survey & winding down |
| 16.30 – 17.00pm | Returning to the train station |
| 17.06 – 17.50 | Train journey to Thurso station (ticket provided) |
This session will be:
– quiet
– structured
– open to people of all ages
Accessibility:
– blue badge holder parking
– Trail boardwalk which is not suitable for people of all abilities
– accessible toilet at the visitor centre
