For people managing symptoms of cognitive health conditions.
This session will welcome conversation and experiences of people managing the symptoms of cognitive conditions and the effect it can have.
These sessions are run by an artist as an inclusive practise, not a clinical practitioner. If you usually have a carer with you, please bring them along.
All materials will be provided.

| 10.30 – 11.00 | Indoor plant drawing |
| 11.00 – 11.20 | Tea and coffee |
| 11.20 – 12.20 | Outdoor plant drawing |
| 12.20 – 12.30 | Sharing and chatting |
| 12.30- 12.45 | Add to the Carnival of Plants banner |
| 12.45 – 1pm | filling in a survey & winding down |
This session will be:
– structured
– open to people of all ages
– option to be seated throughout
