Join Lisa McDonald in immersive, soothing sounds and nature in one of 2 sessions. Lisa knows the venue and her craft well – this is a great opportunity to experience the potentials of sound as therapeutic

• Each session will include a sound bath and a forest bath
• Suitable for people of all ages
• Under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult
• Give yourself the grace to try something new
• Sessions from 1pm – 2pm and 3pm – 4pm
• Downstairs at Forse of Nature – wheelchair accessible
