“I have always enjoyed art for as long as I remember. However after gaining an art O level aged 16, life got in the way and I had little time for art.

My favourite subjects are inspired by nature. I love the Caithness landscapes; they feature in many of my pieces. I also enjoy painting animals, hares being my favourite subject.

I have exhibited several times now with the Society of Caithness Artists. I am a member of the Thurso Art Group where I have been giving short workshops in watercolour. I’m also an active member of the Caithness Sketchers.”
