DESCRIPTION:For people managing symptoms of cognitive health conditions. \n\nThis session will welcome conversation and experiences of people managing the symptoms of cognitive conditions and the effect it can have. \n\nThese sessions are run by an artist as an inclusive practise\, not a clinical practitioner. If you usually have a carer with you\, please bring them along. \n\nAll materials will be provided. \n  \n\nWorkshop Schedule: \n\n\n\n\nTime \nActivity \n\n\n1pm – 1.15 \nIntroductions \n\n\n1.15 – 1.30 \nHanding out notebooks & describing what we’ll do \n\n\n1.30 – 2.00 \nIndoor plant drawing \n\n\n2.00 – 2.20 \nTea and coffee \n\n\n2.20 – 3.20 \nOutdoor plant drawing \n\n\n3.20 – 3.30 \nSharing and chatting \n\n\n3.30 – 3.50 \nAdd to the Carnival of Plants banner \n\n\n3.50 – 4pm \nfilling in a survey & winding down \n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\nThis session will be: \n\n\n\n\n– relaxed\n– open to people of ages 18 to 30 \n– option to be seated throughout \n  \n\n\nAccessibility: \n– no step-free toilets \n– not wheelchair accessible \nFor more information on accessibility\, please contact sidhchailleannart@gmail.com \n\n\n
